We have identified an issue on one of our redundant network systems that could be causing some intermittent slow responses while utilizing resources that are hosted in our east coast facility. We are working to resolve and performing emergency maintenance today.

Impact:
During remediation of this issue it is possible for site to site VPNs and/or Parallels to disconnect for a few seconds. Our team will be monitoring things to ensure that connections are reestablished. If your remote session is disconnected, please wait 1-2 minutes and re-attempt the connection. Servers will not be rebooted during this time.
